Description

If I were on the top floor I'm sure I'd end up burning up if there were a fire. Heights are not my friend.

Desaturated, and added a grain in Photoshop, attempting to make it look more like an old photo. It worked for the upper-half, not so sure about the rest.

Taken in Chicago.

Piet,

I'm with you on this one.  I've always been terrified of fire escapes.  You just reminded me of a Pulitzer Prize winning photo by Stanley Forman from the mid-1970s:  www.stanleyformanphotos.com/pu…  That photo led to enhanced fire safety regulations in the US.
